1. Products and Intended Use
Block Buddy Cable provides electrical cable products and related accessories designed primarily for truck and trailer applications.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate and compatible with their particular truck, trailer, electrical system, equipment, and intended application.
Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, and other information are provided to help customers select products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure this information is accurate but reserve the right to correct errors or update product information without notice.
2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Block Buddy Cable reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, or incorrect order information.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and other charges will be shown during checkout when required.
3. Shipping
We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery dates or transit times provided by Block Buddy Cable or a shipping carrier are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship an order within the period represented to the customer, we will handle the order in accordance with applicable law.
4. Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, unused products in new and resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Before returning a product, contact us at sales@blockbuddycable.com or 435-616-3090.
Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, modification, abuse, neglect, accidents, or use outside their intended application may not qualify for a refund.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged before delivery, or the wrong product was shipped.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Product Installation and Use
Electrical systems vary between vehicles, trailers, manufacturers, and applications. Customers are responsible for proper installation, connection, maintenance, and use of Block Buddy Cable products.
Products should be inspected before use and should not be used if a cable, connector, housing, insulation, or other component appears damaged or excessively worn.
Block Buddy Cable is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incompatible electrical systems, unauthorized modification, misuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow applicable vehicle, trailer, equipment, or electrical requirements.
6. Warranty
Block Buddy Cable warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for one year from the original purchase date.
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, improper electrical connections, excessive electrical loads, environmental damage, or damage caused by other equipment.
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Block Buddy Cable may, at its option and subject to applicable law, repair the product, replace it, or refund the purchase price.
Proof of purchase may be required.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Block Buddy Cable LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Block Buddy Cable name, logos, product images, graphics, website content, designs, text, slogans, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Block Buddy Cable LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
9. Website Use
You may not use this website to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to website systems, or misuse our intellectual property.
10. Third-Party Services
